Really desperately trying to get work done on Catechesis today so that when I start school next week I won’t feel guilty about not doing Catechesis and then when I’m doing working on Catechesis I won’t feel guilty about not doing school and then when I’m doing school I won’t feel guilty about not doing Catechesis…..

Earlier this week was national dog day or something and I happened to snap this {cough}
Three
Started Solemn Communion last night. Excited about the group and what God is doing in their little lives and about a rousing first conversation. Pray I don’t kill the true vine before the class is actually over.

Didn’t have a chance to go shopping at my normal moment and so scrounged in the garden and the pantry and the freezer and ended up with a light delicious chicken, garbanzo bean, zucchini and herb concoction over pasta (for the children) and with a large spoon (for me and Matt). I probably poured some wine in it, when I wasn’t paying attention.
Five
Cut off my first hydrangea bloom. So immense and gorgeous. Hoping it will dry in the proper way.

And some tomatoes and what nots. All my anxiety about the tomatoes not ripening was for not. It should be a cautionary tale to me not to worry but it isn’t. I’m worried about the frost coming to soon before I’m ready for it. Guess I will get out there and shove some bulbs in the ground. Blast all the cold weather.

Read the bible a bunch. Jesus has died and risen, over the week, so that’s been a real nice treat. Suppose I will be heading into Acts next week. Can’t believe how quickly I’m getting through it. My yearly reading plan is turning out to be a nine month one.
And that’s all there is, there isn’t any more. Have a great weekend!
