What Just Happened? Jim Davila’s Concise History of Biblioblogging

Jim Davila has made his conference paper on biblioblogging available on his blog. The title of the paper is โ€œWHAT JUST HAPPENED:ย The rise of โ€œbibliobloggingโ€ in the first decade of the twenty-first century.โ€ย His doing so also illustrates another potential use for blogs โ€“ distributing copies of oneโ€™s conference paper, or at least handouts, in a form that preserves HTML links and other such embedded data or interactive components. Of course, the question is whether you wantย those listening to your paper to be clicking links while youโ€™re reading itโ€ฆ

Jimโ€™s paper mentions Exploring Our Matrix as well as many other blogs that you either have heard of, or ought to have heard of.
