New Word of the Day: Facepsalm

New Word of the Day: Facepsalm March 8, 2011

Hemant Mehta shared a new word, but I would like to tweak the definition slightly for use in the biblioblogosphere.

FACEPSALM: v. The act of facepalming as a result of the use or misuse of Scripture.

When you encounter eisegesis, dilettantism, or anything else that makes you facepalm, now you can do something even more appropriate: you can facepsalm.
