Jesus in Space (and Mormonism in Music)

Religion Nerd has a post entitled โ€œJesus in Spaceโ€ that tells of a look into Mormon art and music, and the fascinating discoveries the blogโ€™s author made in the process about the interplanetary cosmology of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and its theology. In the process, you get the lyrics and a clip of a Mormon hymn, โ€œIf You Could Hie To Kolobโ€ as well as some seriously hard rock music from The Osmonds.

I presume youโ€™re convinced by now that you should click the link, so I would hate to delay you too much longer. But also worth mentioning here is an article in Christianity Today with the title โ€œChrist of the Klingonsโ€ about God, string theory, multiple universes, extraterrestrial life, and Christian doctrine (HT David Opderbeck).
