People have been wounded deeply even in organizations that are meant to be a safe and restorative place. People in authority can wound others that look up to them by their words, attitudes, and demands. Because spiritual life is so significant in every seeker, the wounds can especially be damaging. Leaders must understand the damages caused by responding to other’s, when done outside of God’s love and compassion.
