When we have been wounded by the Church, our temptation is to reject all forms of gathering together. If we isolate ourselves from faith communities, we oppose God’s very desire and provision for us to grow. It is important to forgive those who hurt us, while building safe and authentic relationships beyond churchianity. We should be seeking a God empowered community who love Him and each other in His divine ways.
