Brussels–At the Churches of Scientology for Europe on 18 February 2012, Mr. Sardar Javaid Sarwer, Chief Executive Officer for Europe of the Institute of Peace and Development (INSPAD Belgium-Pakistan) awarded the symbolic quill award to L. Ron Hubbard, Founder of the Scientology religion, “a true benefactor of mankind.” the award celebrates the friendship between INSPAD and the Church of Scientology in recognition of the help provided to the people in Pakistan and as a symbol of gratitude for the great humanitarian works done by Mr. Hubbard.
