It’s the fifth of the month, and this is what we’re having for dinner. Oh, wait, it’s Friday. Okay, we’ll have tuna melts for late lunch and have this scrumptious-looking easy dinner at midnight then. I am in love with easy dinners. People like me who need to eat allergy-friendly can swap out the soy sauce for tamari sauce which tastes almost exactly the same but is gluten and wheat-free, and stir in prepared thai rice noodles or meifun noodles as the last step (gently if you go with meifun, because they are so delicate they’ll turn to mush). I like gluten-free recipes and will be posting a slideshow of just them one of these days, just wait.
