I’m glad the White House is fact-checking the NYTIMES

It is NOT the function of the White House to do so. The people there should not have to waste their time correcting what are supposed to be the truth-tellers in the news-reporting industry.

But clearly the WH has finally figured out that the various Departments of Disinformation within the MSM DO need to have their pronouncements countered.

I am glad it is finally being done someplace other than the blogs. But honestly, it’s almost a year too late. The White Houses needed to be swinging all through the summer, and then some. At least they’re finally in the game, now. Whether they can counteract that machine when it is full-force mode is something else, again.
