Buster still dealing with “cute”

Remember back earlier this year, when Buster was trying to carve his cuteness into brawniness?

Well….Buster got a leather jacket for Christmas and so on Christmas Day, as we all gathered, he strutted into Auntie’s house wearing his black slacks, black shirt, black tie and black jacket, and the black shades, of course, his blues harmonica in the inside pocket.

And Auntie and Grandma both shrieked at him: “You look ADORABLE!”

After kissing them hello he came over to me and grumbled, “I’m six feet tall. I’m muscular. I’m totally in black. I’m wearing a leather jacket and shades, and I’m still ‘adorable’ – that’s it, I’m growing a beard!”

I gave him a sympathetic smile, but the truth was…yes, he did look handsome…but mostly he looked really, really cute.
