A Moltmann Week

A Moltmann Week September 8, 2009

This week, I’ll be consumed by the 2009 Emergent Village Theological Conversation with Jurgen Moltmann, an event that my company, JoPa Productions, is producing.  Here’s the Twitter feed of the event, so you can look on with us.

  • Tony, it was an absolutely amazing week with Jurgen Moltmann. Thoroughly enjoyed getting to sit at lunch with him and you, while sharing a few laughs about SC politics! I’ll be posting some additional info on my blog and on the Upstate Emergence website.
Thanks for a fantastic event, and I will certainly plan to be a part of the next theological conversation. It was a much-needed “retreat” for me.

  • This was my first Emergent event so I really have nothing to compare it to, but I thought it was rousing success and I thoroughly enjoyed it. A great way for me to start off my semester. Thanks for putting it on.

I’m working on the significan Jurgen Moltmann’s ecclesiology to the challenge of poverty in a democrartic South Africa. Can you suggest some fundamental points with regard to that?
