One of my favorite authors, Alexander Solzhenitsyn, died in Russia today. Solzhenitsyn’s most famous work, “Gulag Archipelago” recounts the horrors of the Stalin concentration camps where he spent eight years of his life.
God bless him. God bless his art. And thank God he had the courage to speak out against the terrible atrocities and injustices that the 20th Century offered.
