Performers (as announced by Wild Goose’s resident bard, Todd Fadel)
MENOMENA – Damaged-art pop is the trademark of this Portland-based wunder-group. Sax blasts and foot taps and sweet hamonic harpoons will accompany each delicious listen. Google for the videos of these Pitchfork-approved gentle giants and you will not be disappointed.
LINDA HORNBUCKLE – Stretching back and forth over the breadth of R & B and blues with gospel flourish, Oregon Music Hall of Famer, Ms.Hornbuckle, wrings out the solid souls that drips out of each of us. First known for singing with popular Portland pop groups Nu Shooz, Quarterflash and Dan Reed, she’s laid claim to hallowed musical ground and pitched a tent in our hearts.
