Mass Times

MaryAlice posted some great vacation tips recently, which included going to Mass when travelling. Our children always think it is neat to go to new churches. The novelty of the space makes for engaged kids and better than average behavior. Yet, the sameness of the Mass across the globe is a reassuring reminder of the universality of the Catholic Church.

A phenomenal resource for finding Mass times and locations of Catholic Churches is masstimes.org. We have used this site extensively when we are travelling in the US and internationally. It is also great for finding local masses when your activities land you in a different part of the city or you need to find a mass at a specific time!

Thank you so much for posting this link. We will begin a 1-3 year adventure in the Fall, traveling the country with our children. This will certainly make it much easier to find a place where we may attend Mass. (I was even able to ‘pin’ it.)
