Congress might end the ban on wasteful government earmarks, opening the door for even more national debt.

Former U.S. Senator Tom Coburn calls earmarks the “gateway drug” to government waste, and he’s been traveling the country to tell the American people how an Article V Convention of States can end this wasteful practice.
