We’ve been assured for quite some time that this won’t — cannot — will never — happen.
Don’t be so sure:
The drive is surely on, and the momentum is there, to penalize failure to celebrate gay sexuality with adequate enthusiasm. Intolerance is in the air. There’s no telling how far the trend will go.
