“BYU adopts amnesty clause, other ‘sweeping changes’ to help sexual assault victims” October 26, 2016

There was a great deal of controversy, a few months ago, about what I believe to have been unintended consequences of intersecting policies at Brigham Young University, where I work.  The effect of these prior policies was, in some cases, to further victimize victims of sexual assault.

 

BYU has now moved to remedy the situation:
