1975 -- Bradbury, Ray
Ray Bradbury in 1975, maybe five or six years after I met him. (Wikimedia Commons) He was the patron of the short-lived writing club at my high school. It wasn’t all that grand really, but he did come once and speak to us. Many years later, I still remember some of the autobiographical anecdotes he told and the counsel he gave us.

Ray Bradbury (1920-2012)
