Cool Catholic Nerdery!

Reader David Hazen writes:

I’m an occasional reader and long-time admirer of your work, and was thus delighted to see you describe the ‘CHE-STER-TON’ shirt as “one of my proudest possessions.” My sister and I designed those a few years ago and licensed them to Dale & co. with the addition of their branding.

So, yes, this a self-serving “I did that!”, but I couldn’t help it. An artist loves to see his work appreciated – I’m honored you like the design, and that Luke dug it enough to make a parody of the parody.

Should you ever be interested in collaborating on Catholic nerdery, do let me know. In the meantime, you might appreciate this more recent work:

I’m always happy to collaborate on Catholic nerdery.  And I’m happy to introduce readers to more awesome nerdliness!  Forth, my pretty nerdlings!  Conquering and to conquer!

Thank you for your work!

It makes me so happy to hear that. You are exactly the people for which I designed them.

If you keep an eye on that Behance portfolio, it’ll let you know when next year’s designs roll out. ;)

I had myself printed a t-shirt that says “The World will Never Starve for Want of Wonder but Only for Want of Wonders– G.K. Chesterton”.

Not quite in the same league but I thought I’d mention it in a self-promoting kind of way.
