Thank you SO much for the free music David. That was very sweet of you & Taylor Muse and his band Quiet Company. This drawing has moved to the top of my FAVORITE list! OMG! It perfectly points our the flaw of the us vs them mentality. Kudos!!!

I found a discrepancy in what the cartoon says and what the real truth is ( it’s also a discrepancy from what MANY Christians believe :

Christ died for the WHOLE WORLD.

His love and forgiveness are for the WHOLE WORLD.

It’s a very sad fact, however, that many, many people will reject that love and forgiveness.

But for those who believe it…it’s the greatest news they could ever hear.

  • Dawn

Many people HAVE rejected it for precisely the reason this cartoon has shown. I see no discrepancy

“Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.”

  • Sabio Lantz

Well sketched! Behind the angel’s eyes you can see his guilt saying, “Gee, why did I get sent to tell this message. I know they will misunderstand me and think this is for everyone. Why won’t he let me explain the fine print.”

  • fishon

Dang, you sure do misquote a lot.

  • Luke

But not all Christians, just certain ones.

It’s ok to reject people…but not the Living God.

Hi..this is a lovely piece of work… even my first thought when i read thi week’s topic was about God’s message. But it was already done up :)
I would like to just make a small point here regarding the text. Christains were formed after Jesus died and ressurected. At the time of delivering this message, there was no such word.
And I believe that Christ came for the whole world. Religion is just a man made concept.
