All the division, the abuse of power, Sunday being the most racially segregated day in America, the infighting…yeah, I can see that making Jesus cry.
Seperated from other ppl,
He wept over the people who would not come to Him.
He weeps now for those who will not come to Him. Who’d rather trust in themselves or the myriad of other gods in this world.
The cloud of churches were … on him.
haha. allergic to what? churches? hehe 😉
Yeah…”The Whorerticulture of Babylon”…;)
haven’t heard of that one before. good one!
The church is exactly above race and country, beyond Republicans and Democrats, etc… And things are put on their heads. The first are last and the last are first… Jesus did worry about the division in the churches and we should search for unity, this is why he prayed such a long prayer about it. But this unity in only in the cross of Christ, and where it is thrown out, we only have the unity of Pontius Pilate and King Herod, who became friends for the first time on the day the sent Jesus to his death.
Slate Tec giving police dept $10,000 for fallen officer. Too bad good works don’t get you to Heave. Go read your Bible and find out what God really wants. It is easier for a camel to go thr. the eye of a needle than for a rich man to go to Heaven
Good word Steve Martin and Brigette.
He wept because Lazurus was dead and because of the unbelief of those near Lazarus. In Gethsemane scripture says he SWEAT as it were drops of blood for the weight and burden of the sins of mankind, past, present, and future and because of what He was about to endure in the beating and crucifixion, an unenviable plight.
Speak truth people. Don’t distort or twist to suit your personal agenda. Name-calling however witty substantiates nothing.
