I agree about the notion of self not being a static entity. Previously, though, I thought the following was monkey God. It is nice to learn something new. 😉
Thanx for the link, Jeff P. In any other novel, if the conclusion or punch line were given away in the first chapter, people would not read it. But the Bible makes it clear that humans made their God. Oh, wait, most folks don’t read their Bible — I get it.
So for those not inclined to visit, the summary is: Monkey God: If ya want a ride, hang on tight. Cat God Just hang tight, I will do all the work.
My cat demands offerings of fish cat food and treats, lest she strike all around her with a curse. Oh, and she knows some interesting language, she does.
