Prayer From the Cell “From Among to Be” (nakedpastor)

My experience of That-Which-We-Call-God is in the human collective. When Jesus died, he promised that the Spirit would follow and that the human collective would be him. Where two or three are gathered there am I! Which is what makes sense of Paul’s claim that Jesus questioned: “Why do you persecute me?” In other words, Paul’s cataclysmic revelation was Jesus said, “I am the people!” Period!

Our online community, The Lasting Supper, is my experience of That-Which-We-Call-God. I invite you to come and join us. Here you can cry or laugh, hate or love, be angry or be peaceful, swear or sweet-talk, complain or praise, challenge or encourage, watch or play, love or be loved, scream or whisper. In other words, you can be you! And the over 330 people who are there are doing it marvelously. I dare you to come and try us out. Check us out!

. . . Which makes no sense of a literal Second Coming, but the whole Trinitarian thing baffles me anyway.

I’ve always thought they made a mistake by voting to add Revelations to the Canon.

We have all of us left heaven so that we as human beings could learn to remember who we are. By living in duality we must choose between good and bad. When we begin to listen to our inner guidance (conscience) we, like the prodigal son, are going “back home” when we start living in harmony with our inner consciousness. Jesus was going through this process out in the wilderness before beginning to tell people about the Kingdom within.
