Why Are We on YouTube?

A month ago, I teamed up with Daniel Glaze from That Catholic Couple and Maria Mitchel from Caffeinated Conversations to make The Catholic YouTuber’s Hangout. It was a wonderful afternoon of collaboration, community building, praying, and learning—all online. The event was registration-based and not exactly open to the public, so this is your only chance to hear what we talked about!

I presented a keynote entitled “Why Are We on YouTube?” I wanted to start a conversation involving the Gospel’s roll on media platforms like YouTube, the various ways individual Catholics can engage the online culture, and how we can make our channels better. Please pray for all of the Catholic on YouTube, especially the ones who aren’t running particularly “churchy” channels. We need it!
