I think you should hold a contest to see who can come up with the craziest picture of themselves reading TNC. That could be really interesting.

I do agree for most of it. There is a huge difference between just completing the distance and running a marathon at your best.If you are pushing to your max, 2, may be 3 marathons per year is the maximum. If you just want to complete as many as possible, you can run a marathon at 90%-95% of your potential every week without problems.I sometimes run a marathon juste as a long run to train for longer distances (so slow pace for me) and next week of training can be a hard one with high mileage without any fatigue. On the other hand, if I try to beat my PR, it will be painful for me to walk the 3 days after, and it will take about 4 weeks for full recovery. It also depends on the marathon: if you go to Berlin, it will be probably for a PR as it is very flat, but if you enter fun marathons like Medoc, its to enjoy atmosphere and gastronomy, so then the slower is the better!

I don’t write a bunch of responses, however i did some searching and wound up here Reading TNC Like a Rock Star. And I do have some questions for you if it’s allright. Is it just me or does it look like some of these remarks come across like they are coming from brain dead visitors? :-P And, if you are writing at other online sites, I would like to follow anything fresh you have to post. Would you make a list of every one of your public pages like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?
