How are you doing? Really doing? How are you handling the new pause? Are you spending your time complaining and wishing for a better day, or are you staying in the present and treating it as a present? It’s easy to miss and be mad (I know), but then you miss the gifts. This is a scary time. Some days it just sucks, but there’s always something to be grateful for. As we jump into the holidays many are away from family and friends and many grieving losses. It makes it harder to mindfully make time to pause to find your thanks, but it’s so important to find gratitude. In something. In anything. We all need more cheer, but it’s up to us to create it.
When we are in the midst of a scary time, our vibration often dips into a low space. Most of us know the benefits of a high vibration, but some days, no matter how hard you try, you may feel in a funk, a bad mood or just feel ‘bleh’ about your life. It happens to all of us no matter how enlightened, but the more awareness you can bring to this state, the more you can keep your vibration high or work at getting at a better space.
How many grudges are you holding on? How about arguments from the past that never got an apology still bother you? How many heart hurt do you still carry, or mornings you woke up that ruined your day? Or relationships you stayed in that were just crappy? How many times have you given up your time to the sadness, or made low vibrational commitments with low vibrational people?
- Move your body.
- Stay hydrated.
- Play with crystals.
- Focus on joy.
- Be present.
- Say no more often.
- Trust your intuition.
We are all in the middle of a tough time. Some are having a tougher time than others, but this isn’t a competition. So this Thanksgiving week, I hope you will stop waiting for Friday, Summer, or when things are better – raise your vibration now for YOU, and stay thankful even in tough times.
Happy holidays to you and yours.
I believe in you,
