I’ve been very busy lately, hence why I haven’t updated. I am still working on the 30 Days of Devotion, as well as the polytheist meme. School, and my 21st birthday, and working on having a mundane life have all caught me up in a storm.
Over on my WordPress blog, however, I posted up an essay I did for one of my classes. We were meant to explore an experience that changed something in our lives, and I decided to write about the first time I met one of my gods.
I’m also working on a very long post about the family lines, holy Houses, and faery Courts in the Otherfaith, which will be posted on the Otherfaith WordPress blog as it fits better over there. Once that is posted, we’ll continue on with the 30 Days of Devotion for the Clarene, as our next prompt is her familial connections.
Being 21 has changed some things – I no longer have the taboo I was once given to not drink alcohol, since I no longer participate in the spirit work that necessitated it. I can now buy alcoholic offerings, which I’ve wanted to do for a long while. I’ll be hopefully getting a driver’s license soon. My life is changing quite a bit, and in ways I never would have dreamed of last year. And with the Otherfaith too – we’re getting more interest in the faith all the time, and it’s what keeps me going a lot of the time.
