Moving Forward

This will be my last post at this blog and at the Patheos Pagan Channel. The Pagan Channel offered me a great opportunity to have my voice heard when I first started blogging, and blogging so publicly helped me understand my own role in the Otherfaith and how I would need to shape our developing religion. It’s time I moved on, however. I no longer feel Patheos Pagan provides what I need, and so I will be shifting all my… Read more

Basics: the Clarene (Relationships)

When it comes to the Ophelia, the Clarene is a mess. Read more

Basics: the Clarene (Values)

Violence may bring us back into alignment when we have fallen out, but for the People, it is hardly the first option. Read more

Happy 5th Anniversary

Blogging here has encouraged me to become more professional and polished. It’s made me think about what I’m writing about and how to write about it, how to convey what the gods want me to say. Read more

Basics: the Clarene (Mundane)

We’re focusing on mundane practices that are associated with the Clarene. We can, of course, make these devotional acts if we dedicate them to her, and she may well instruct us to learn some of her crafts so we may serve her better. Basics: the Clarene (Worship)

Today’s prompt focuses on how the god’s worship has changed in modern times – but the Clarene is a modern god, so it’s begun in modern times! So, instead, I will focus on what her worship looks like now and what it might look like in the future. Read more

If you are an Other Person or exploring the Four Gods, feel free to add your own comments – or join in! If you have another topic you would like to see written on, you can email me (aine@daoineile.com) or message me… Read more

There are, however, places where the Clarene does surround us. Read more

Basics: the Clarene (Holy Days)

We actually don’t know many of the Clarene’s holy days at this time, due to the new nature of the Otherfaith. We know more of the Laetha and Dierne’s holidays, and this year is being spent in contemplation of the Clarene and Ophelia’s days. Read more
