From Egypt we fly to Pakistan, for traditional Punjabi style food from Dumphukt Biriyani Restaurant. You can’t go wrong with anything here, but I really liked the Chicken Jilfrazi (spicy tomato sauce) and the Roghni Naan (thicker than regular naan, but crispier on outside and soft inside with sesame seeds on top).
