Increase Women’s Involvement in the Masjids and Organizations

In order to get our community on board with women’s leadership and contributions, we must encourage our Muslim organizations and masjids to include women on the boards and in other leadership positions. Our male-dominated community must get used to sisters being active contributors to discussions and our community.

Simply put, the time for all-male panels and events is over. The same goes for all-male masjids and community organizations.
