Too often at times of tragedy and injustice we tend to engage in debates rather than dialogue. Imagine a fire breaks out in a neighborhood and instead of the fire crew getting into the fire truck, they argue about who will drive the truck, what route they will take, and who is more deserving to lead the team. And, during this debate the house in the neighborhood burns down to the ground.
This is the condition we are today as a community. We debate and debate rather than engage in constructive dialogue that positively impacts the cause you care about.
