How to Make this Year a More INTENTIONAL One and Your BEST Yet

GUEST POST by Lauren Henderson

I don’t know about you, but as each new year approaches, I get this whim of excitement about how the coming year is going to better than the last. I begin to make a list of the improvements I want to make in my life; I want to eat healthier, work out more, balance my relationships better, create new experiences with my family, the list goes on… But, what I found was, I had all of these ideas of what I wanted the coming year to look like, but I wasn’t making it happen. While I didn’t come close to perfecting this idea, for the first time ever, I actually made significant progress. I want to tell you a couple of quick ways that I was able to do it!
