Love Letter 14

Love Letter 14 September 16, 2014

My goodness how can one woman capture so much of my love for so much of my life? I’ve got it; I know why it is. It is because you have always been charming – even when you were little, really. I can remember it. No but that’s not it – at least not all of it. I know, it’s because you’ve always been incredibly kind. That’s getting closer to the mark. You are the veritable personification of hospitality in a world that has lost track of what that’s all about, closer still. You breath a warmth and affection that melts hearts – little children run to your arms and leave the richer for it, aunts and uncles too, grand aunts, grand uncles, sisters and brothers – lots of sisters and brothers, and nephews and nieces and brothers in law, and friends and neighbors, even second cousins and second cousins once removed. Everybody who comes within a mile of your loving heart comes away richer for it. I’ve almost got it, but not quite. You light people up with your life precious girl and I for one love you madly.

Sam
