The Epic Fail of the 21st Century

Yep.  It’s not that I rejoice with great joy over President Trump.  But you have to admit, that is some sneering, condescending, snobbish arrogance in those clips.   Not just pundits and comedians.  Actual journalists.  And not just arrogance, but a clear and obvious inability to consider the possibility that anyone would see things other than the way they see them.  One of Trump’s strengths was the arrogance of the Left.

I don’t blame them for being wrong, after all, I was wrong.  I predicted Trump would lose.  So imagine my shock the day after the election.  Nonetheless, I never for a minute didn’t understand why some, if not most, were supporting him.  I could understand why people might swing to Hillary to avoid Trump.  Something most in these clips seem to identity with.  But I could also see why they might do the opposite.  And despite their lofty positions as keep observers and commentators on American life, they missed it by a mile.  Furthermore, they missed because they were utterly incapable of stepping out of their bubbles of group-think and seeing that there might be a world that doesn’t see it their way.
