Yesterday or the day before, a few interlinked people suddenly discovered me — and discovered at the same time that I’m a misogynist who holds women in contempt when, in fact, I don’t fear them if they’re in any way competent or intelligent.
These perceptive folks were basing their estimation of me on my membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
It seems that I also hate and fear diversity — which I presume is evident from the fact that I’ve seldom if ever left Mormon Utah and that I have no acquaintance with peoples, cultures, and ideas other than those of my own narrow place and time.
They know little of my politics, though, so I thought that I should offer this important item to them. It will, I think, strengthen their case:
