Los Angeles Times: “Mormon Temple in West L.A. lets its landmark lawn turn brown”

It’s sad to see that vast, marvelous, sloped lawn turn brown.  Especially so because the LA Temple was my temple when I was growing up (and again during my years at nearby UCLA).

Of course, there’s a lot about California these days that makes me a bit sad.
