A couple of days ago, I mentioned Royal Skousen’s announcement that his three-decades-old Book of Mormon Critical Text Project is leaving the Maxwell Institute for a new home with BYU Studies.
I want to clarify what I said about electronic publication of the Project’s findings: The Interpreter Foundation and BYU Studies will handle this jointly.
The Interpreter Foundation is deeply honored to be involved with what is, in my judgment, one of the most remarkable individual academic undertakings in the history of Mormonism. (I’m not sure that, in some respects, it really has any rivals at all.)
