Mr. Abelard, of France
A statue (in the Louvre) of Peter Abelard (d. 1142), author of the original “Sic et Non,” with which the title of this blog has very little (but not quite absolutely nothing) to do.  (Wikimedia Commons)

At the initiative of the good folks at Patheos (particularly Kathleen Mulhern), and thanks to their efforts, this blog (Sic et Non) now has a Facebook page of its own:

Facebook is 95% mystery to me.

When it comes to social media, I stand (rather wobbly and with very blurred vision) on the shoulders of giants.  Or, at least, on the shoulders of people far more knowledgeable and competent than I am on this subject.

But I guess you can like the Sic et Non page, subscribe to it, get notifications from it, and so forth.  If you choose to do so.

And I hope you will.

At least, I’m told that I should hope that.  I don’t quite understand why.
