“Pluto Has A Comet-Like Tail, X-Rays, NASA Discovers” September 16, 2016

A Wikimedia CC image of the Pluto formerly known as “planet,” created on the basis of photographs from the Hubble Space Telescope. Based upon serious inspection of this image extending over several seconds, I propose my own account of the object: Plainly, it’s an exceptionally large but quite moldy cantaloupe or honeydew.

 

Okay.  This new little factoid about our distant neighbor, the former planet Pluto, was something I didn’t expect:
