Texas Student: Teacher Taught ‘Got Is Not Real’
A seventh-grade teacher in Katy, Texas assigned her class an assignment that asked her students to deny the existence of God, according to USA TODAY reporter Josh Chapin.Christian student Jordan Wooley told her mother about the assignment, and the issue was brought to the attention of district authorities at the Katy Independent School District (KISD) Board of Education meeting last Monday. Suspect Charged With Setting Two In The String Of Seven St. Louis Area Church Fires
David Lopez Jackson, 35, was charged last Friday (Oct. 30) with setting two of the sevenchurch fires in St. Louis this month. While there is still no sure idea of motive behind the arson, all seven of the targeted churches have black congregations.
