– India beat Sri Lanka by 7 wickets!

India played with a make-shift captain – Virender Sehwag – instead of Rahul Dravid. This match was in Rajkot. This was the 6th ODI and the last one.

Sri Lanka were bundled out for 196 in 42.5 overs with RP Singh being the main destroyer taking 4 wickets. Their highest scorer was T. Dilshan who scored 59.

India lost the top order but the familiar pair of Kaif and Yuvraj saw us through.. within 34.5 overs! Yuvraj scored 79 with 3 sixes and 9 fours.. and Kaif socred 38.

This Sri Lankan side has been royally thrashed!
