Our Concentration on Internal Organs

Our Concentration on Internal Organs November 26, 2008

It is in our prayers when we are talking to God, but when we meditate God talks to us.

This action can also be applied when we talk to our internal organs, so they can also talk to us. When we are able to pay attention to what organs have to say we prevent many inharmonious in them. Food we should eat, thoughts to express, negative emotions that we’d rather transmute into something positive, hidden talents to be very excited to discover and anxieties to be properly channeled to avoid depression states.

Every time we concentrate on specific body areas, immediately an extra energy is added to this area. Besides we give our first step to establish a healthful communication with our organs.
The next guided relaxation enables us to have this desired communication with our organs. We first need to thank them for listening to us and then to understand a little more about their harmonious functions. It would be recommended if we start talking to all our psychic centers, next to our internal organs and then to our different systems; circulatory, digestive, muscular, respiratory, skeletal and nervous.

THE INTERNAL SECRETION GLANDS

“Dear and lovable pineal body first of all I wish to thank you for all your harmonious and vital functions. I confess my ignorance regarding how you work anyway, today here and now, please have my most sincere gratitude for everything you have done for me. My blessings are with you now and for ever, please give me your Divine influence, so I can understand the rest of my endocrine glands by awaking them. What I do know is that you are called THE MASTER GLAND, so will you please send some of your wonderful energy to the rest of my glands; pituitary, thyroid, cardiac plexus, adrenals, solar plexus, adrenals and gonads”.

Now please do the same with the rest of our glands not forgetting to talk to them with our total love and comprehension. When you reach to your gonads send this concentrated energy to your feet and from there make your concentration to ascend: feet, ankles, shins, calves, knees, thighs, gonad area, abdomen, chest, shoulders, hands, arms, arm pits, collar bones, face, forehead and head.

It is time for us to take three deep breaths, relax by breathing normally and then to be receptive about the important messages from our body organs or systems, including our endocrine system. Let’s thank God for everything
