Diego Maradona Dances and Sings to 30,000 crowd in India

One of the World’s greatest Soccer legends in history – Diego Maradona was in India.  He had gone to – of all the places – Kannur.  For the opening of a jewelery shop and of a helicopter company owned by Indian businessman Bobby Chemmanur.  He spent a little over half an hour at the Municipal Jawahar Stadium at Kannur  entertaining the over 50,000 crowd there and even celebrating his birthday!

He cut a cake, which was in the shape of a playground with a football on top of it, as his 52nd birthday falls on October 30.

Meanwhile he shook his leg with the South India TV anchor and model Ranjini Haridas.

And then he goes on to sing a Spanish song himself!

Seems like the Soccer star and the people present there had the time of their life.

Kerala Home Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan, Sports Minister K B Ganeshkumar, MLAs and a galaxy of former national and state players attended the function
