Ryan is endearing comedy lovers, and his future is bright. Named one of Rolling Stone’s Five Comics to Watch with standout appearances on Conan, Last Comic Standing, Comedy Central, and Showtime, he’s establishing himself as one of the nation’s favorite stand-ups and performs regularly all over the country.
It’s always a challenge for established comics to avoid comparing themselves to and competing against (even in their own minds) new and up and coming comics. For Ross, the trick is to keep his priorities straight and trust that God has a unique plan for using Ross’ gifts and abilities in his life and career.
Ryan has found that contentment is much more important than striving for what other people may define as success. This perspective undoubtedly stems from Ryan’s formative years, growing up in Idaho.
