Yes, I realize I haven’t gotten back to a full blogging schedule since my last (very recent) blogging break. But I’m taking this week off of blogging as well. My kids are on school vacation, and on Wednesday I leave for the Festival of Faith and Writing in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I’ve been looking forward to the festival for two years, ever since I chose not to attend the last one in 2010 and regretted it when I realized that all of my various editors and colleagues were having such a great time without me.
You’ll notice a new blog design, part of a larger overhaul by Patheos to better highlight how individual blogs fit into the larger web portal. The new design makes it easier for you to check out other Patheos blogs and resources, and I encourage you to do so.
I’ll be back next week. Hope everyone else for whom this is a vacation week has a wonderful one.
