Mark Wahlberg Takes Time Out of His Busy Pants-Dropping Schedule to Go to Church

Remember when Mark Wahlberg was a rapper? And in that movie Fear? And had a reputation for being kind of a bruiser? Well, no more. The actor, who is starring in the new movie Ted, says that now that he’s married to Rhea Durham and a father of four, he’s not that cool anymore. “You’d be amazed with what you can do once you stop drinking and going out at night,” he said in an interview. “Today I was up at 4.30 AM, played an hour and a half of basketball, then went upstairs. We got the kids out of bed, got them off to school and I was at church by 7.45 AM.”

Wahlberg, who is Catholic, clearly attends the early mass. Also, who knew that once you had a bunch of kids you stopped sleeping late and partying? Somebody let Jon Gosselin know.
