My review of Nanny McPhee is now up at CT Movies. I remember seeing a trailer for this movie over a year ago, and reading a couple of the Nurse Matilda stories on which it is based at that time. But the IMDb reports that this movie did not open anywhere until last October, when it played in the United Kingdom.
And speaking of foreign films that have taken forever to come to these shores, I got an e-mail today concerning the Russian horror blockbuster Night Watch, which was going to open back in July. Seems it will now open in a few weeks, and you can watch a trailer compressing the entire movie into three minutes here. Enjoy!
