We Are Going To Indiana!! Would You Give The Price Of A Pizza?

Okay, let’s do this! We want to take God’s love for gays to Indiana – and other places too – like Tennessee, Texas, Oklahoma and more! Please help and please SHARE! Thank you!

Here’s the story…

We help Christian parents learn to unconditionally love, accept and affirm their LGBTQ kids without sacrificing their faith! We help heal parent-child and church-based wounds. And we help churches become affirming.

And we want to take God’s love for gays to Indiana. 🙂

We are planning a “Mom, I’m Gay – Loving Your LGBTQ Child Without Sacrificing Your Faith” gathering – for parents, by parents – in Evansville on Thursday, August 13th; and a Moms weekend retreat and a special PFLAG meeting nearby.

FreedHearts is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. I, along with my husband Rob, founded this ministry when our daughter came out five years ago. We have five children, and our youngest daughter recently came out as well! We have spent more than 25 years in the evangelical Christian church.

Our journey has revealed to us the Biblical truth of God’s unconditional love for people who are gay and we now share that message, and advocate for the LGBTQ community, with every ounce of our energy.

We reach thousands of parents, and their gay kids, through FreedHearts and help them come to know the truth that their love and unconditional acceptance & affirmation of their gay children is actually consistent with their faith and belief in Jesus.

Our hearts have been hurting with recent developments in Indiana, and elsewhere, and we are committed to responding in love and truth.

SPECIAL NOTE: The recent “anti-gay pizza place” GoFundMe effort raised more than $800,000 – nearly five times their goal. If we can likewise blow past our goal, we will do these same weekends in other key non-affirming areas like Arkansas, Alabama, Texas and elsewhere.  

So, please help us take this message to the parents, church and LGBT community in Indiana!
