In Texas, a girl was changing clothes in the dressing room when she looked up and saw a cell phone camera above the partition.  She screamed and told the staff, but he ran away:

Benito Valdez with police says it happened at the Super Target on Preston Road. “The man was in a female dressing room at the Target and was seen by the victim, over the wall with his cell phone, taking photos of the victim. The peeper was described as a thin white man, about 5-11 with dark hair. He was wearing a red T-shirt, blue jeans and a dark baseball cap.
