10 scary sexual predators who’ve spied on women at Targets across America

Connecticut in July 2016:

Police in South Windsor, Connecticut are asking the community for help identifying a “Hispanic male, about five feet nine inches tall with spiked brown hair.”  According to local news, the man was suspected of “taking photos under dressing room doors at the Target store on Buckland Hills Drive Sunday evening. Police say the suspect was spotted by store security photographing a woman who was changing in one of the dressing rooms, but he left the store before he could be stopped.” Contact Officer Tina Mazzoccoli at 860-644-2551.
